Exercise does not have to be necessarily going to a gym, working out hard, and sweating out unless you want to have a muscular body or a perfect figure. It only means to engage our different muscles in some activity. LIke we keep a machine running for sometime daily even when not required for any work, we have to engage in some physical activity daily to keep the body running smoothly.
The activity could be walking, running, cycling. Skipping, or even dancing. You can also use exercising devices that can be used at home.
