Physical health or fitness provides us the fuel to drive our activities, mental health or mind power is like body’s operating system. Spiritual health
Spiritual health lies outside of our body. While we concentrate on ourselves to improve physical and mental health, we look outside, towards the universe for spiritual energy. It is surrendering ourselves to the universe and seeking outside help to back us up in our life journey.
